Dr. Manisha Avasthi is a Soft Skills Trainer trained by ICBI, with over 15 years of cross-industry experience in business strategy, leadership development, and executive coaching. With a PhD in Export Marketing and an MBA in Human Resources, she brings a strong blend of academic rigor and real-world business insight to her training engagements.

She has led high-impact roles across hospitality, manufacturing, health & beauty, and financial services, successfully launching new business divisions and driving revenue growth, including securing projects exceeding ₹1 crore in value. Her work with leading brands such as The Taj, The Leela Goa, and Courtyard Marriott reflects her ability to build and manage high-value client relationships.

As the Founder of Mpower Skills, she designs and delivers transformative programs focused on leadership effectiveness, communication excellence, and emotional intelligence. She has coached corporate leaders, teams, and young professionals, helping them build confidence, strengthen workplace ownership, and navigate career transitions with clarity.
