She currently serves as Function Head – Cyber Security at Société Générale, where she leads global teams across multiple geographies and drives strategic initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.

With a strong background in managing high-performance teams and mission-critical systems, Jayashree has successfully led large-scale transformations, improved operational efficiencies, and strengthened risk frameworks. Her experience spans working with global stakeholders, managing P&L, and delivering measurable business impact through process innovation and automation.
