About Us

I am Leema Bernad Viji, founder of Dotting i, with over 20 years of corporate experience across diverse sectors like IT, manufacturing, beauty pageants, expos, and educational institutions. My passion lies in life coaching, leadership skills training, and personal branding consulting, and I’ve had the privilege of designing and delivering impactful workshops and placement services throughout my career.

I’ve worked closely with top-level executives, including CEOs enrolled in the Executive Management Course at UCLA-Berkeley College and mid-level managers from UCLA-Anderson School of Business and IIM-Bangalore. I regularly coach professionals from industries such as IT, the medical field, and manufacturing, helping them enhance their leadership skills, communication, cross-cultural sensitivity, body language, and executive presence.

One of my proudest achievements is designing the Image Management Credits course at a leading university in Bangalore. I also mentor professionals from finance, architecture, and manufacturing sectors, guiding them in networking and personal branding. My client portfolio includes organizations like E&Y, eBay, Oracle, Sony, Siemens, and many others.

I have been honoured to serve as the first President of the Image Management Professionals Association (IMPA) Bangalore and as President of BNI Quartzz, Bangalore in 2021. As an avid “people watcher,” I find inspiration in every interaction, which continues to fuel my passion for helping individuals grow and thrive personally and professionally.
