Preethika Soundarajan is an Image Consultant and Soft Skills Trainer trained by ICBI, with over 15 years of experience across manufacturing, supply chain, analytics, and people leadership at Caterpillar India. She brings deep industry insight into her facilitation, enabling professionals to communicate with clarity, confidence, and executive presence.

Having led cross-functional teams and decision-making forums in complex, multi-plant environments, Preethika specializes in strengthening workplace communication, influencing without authority, and building leadership presence. Her sessions are grounded in real corporate scenarios, helping participants navigate stakeholder dynamics and deliver impactful outcomes.

She has successfully facilitated large-group sessions for over 100 participants, including corporate teams, early-career professionals, and students. As a former President of the Women Initiative Network (WIN), she drove engagement from 30% to 70% and led her chapter to win Best Chapter of the Year in 2020.
