A Chartered Accountant with over 6 years of experience across EY, Deloitte, and KPMG, she brings deep insight into high-performance corporate environments and cross-cultural team dynamics. Through her platform, Becoming Beyond, Rashi works with professionals from technical backgrounds to strengthen their communication clarity, confidence, and overall workplace presence. She has delivered impactful training sessions for students, educators, and corporate teams, and has led onboarding programs for groups of 20–40 professionals, focusing on professional effectiveness and workplace readiness. At KPMG, she played a key role in people development, mentoring 6–10 team members and driving structured learning initiatives around goal-setting, accountability, and collaboration.
